The quarter finals are scheduled to be played between the 9th -11th of July this year. Four of these teams will qualify to play in the semi finals which begin on the 17th of September and last three days. The Davis Cup is formatted in such a way that the member countries are distributed in to zones. While the World Group is top of the ladder and teams in it play on a knock out basis. Entry to the World Group is determined by winners of the Group One in each zone playing against the losers of the first round in the World Group.
